Victoria police are looking for a missing teen, who was last seen on Jan. 24 and is considered a high-risk missing person. In a release, Victoria police say the circumstances under which she has gone missing are considered high-risk but investigators do not believe she is at immediate risk of harm.Sign up for our newsletter to get breaking news and daily digests sent to your email.Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911.
