State Security Minister Ayanda Dlodlo has tested negative for the Covid-19 coronavirus as confirmed cases surpass 1 000
Dlodlo took to Twitter on Friday morning saying she had received her results after going into self-isolation.
“I got my test results back and I tested negative for Covid-19. Thank you so much to all who had me in their thoughts and wished the best for me,” said Dlodlo.Dlodlo and International Relations Minister Naledi Pandor have been in self-isolation since the weekend. The two ministers travelled to Oyo in the Republic of the Congo for an AU meeting on the situation in Libya. On their return, an official working closely with Pandor tested positive for Covid-19.
