However, another neighbour claimed the arrested man was reserved and didn't greet neighbours.
"I don't know what the police were doing there. I thought he was a policeman. I only became suspicious when the Hawks arrived this morning . He is dangerous. What more offences is he linked with?" the second neighbour asked.West Rand district police commissioner, Major General Fred Kekana, did not rule out the possibility that police officers had colluded with the arrested man.
