Former Vice President Mike Pence joins 'America's Newsroom' to discuss the arrest of an Afghan soldier who helped the U.S. and the crisis at the border ahead of Title 42's end. He also criticizes the 'partisan nature' of the Jan. 6 Committee.
"Congress has no formal role in Justice Department decisions and they can make recommendations today," Pence responded, adding the committee has a"partisan taint" that has led to many Americans ignoring the hearings.
