The U.S. is set to host an Israeli delegation to discuss Israel’s plans to send forces into Rafah, a city in southern Gaza where Palestinians have sought refuge.

Brown, speaking at a meeting in Germany of nations that support Ukraine’s war against Russia, said he has not seen Israel’s blueprint for its offensive in Rafah.
