announced that Founder and former co-owner of Zonda Urban Michael Ferreira has joined its senior ranks.

Michael Ferreira founded and ran the Western Canada-based real estate analytics firm Urban Analytics from 1995 to 2005. He then took a break between 2005 and 2008, which included stints as the Director of Sales and Product Development at Solterra Development and the Director of Research and Product Development at Townline Homes.

Urban Analytics became a platform used by industry stakeholders, developers, and various levels of government for its insights on market conditions and trends, as well as individual projects. Ferreira sold the company in 2021, before it was renamed“I had been doing what I was doing at Urban Analytics for a long time,” Ferreira told thein February. “It felt like time for a change. It’s great to leave the company in good hands.
