Mexican-owned ice cream shop brings authentic cuisine to Indy

What began with family gatherings quickly turned into a menu full of authentic Mexico City cuisine.

INDIANAPOLIS — A meal can often signify much more than food, especially when that meal is a sweet treat."We love to bring a little bit of our culture into the community," said Genesis Estrada, an employee at Paradise Mx."One of the owners, she is very big on crepes and sweets," said Estrada."She has always had her dream of sharing her taste with others."

"Well, we do like a bit of spicy within our treats," Estrada said."We like Tamarindo, which is Tamarind."Now, however, Paradise Mx offers"deals of the day" to get customers to try new foods.
