Gutierrez also said he wanted to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to a new generation of students, parents, teachers, and staff in the district.Reginald Spivey is a retired educator of 35 years, taking his retirement in 2019. He has a decade of experience as a teacher coach and 25 years as an administrator, 13 in Humble ISD.Spivey said when he got involved in the school system, he had a chance to work elementary, middle school and high schools.
“I have the background, the education, the experience, and I have the passion to go along with it. If I'm voted in, I will make the changes,” he said.
