yet. “I didn’t go to the theaters to see it, because it was so long, and I was like, ‘Oh, I’ll just see it when it comes out on the regular TV and I can buy it,’” Lia says, laughing and shaking her head. “So when I went to Comic-Con, I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m so stupid! I haven’t seen the biggest new Marvel movie that’s coming out!” But I’ve seen it since then. I’ve seen every single one of them.

For shots near the beach or the volcanoes, the cast only got two or three takes because of the setting sun. “A lot of my favorite times on set were when we were all together. There was a scene in the Aztec temple during the movie—it was actually an emotional scene—and we just had such a fun time,” Lia recalls. “We were walking up and down the temple stairs going to the waiting room and back up, and we were talking the whole time, and I have a lot of funny videos from that day.
“People should embrace diversity. The things about each of us that are different are actually interesting and make each of us special in our own ways. I think we should always be willing to embrace others and be stimulated by one another,” she says. “One of the special things aboutis how they represent the world. They are meant to show what the entire world looks like, whether that be race, religion, age or superpowers.
While she doesn’t know what the future holds for Sprite in the MCU, Lia has already moved on to her next project, playing a preteen girl who goes on a terrifying family vacation to an isolated house in the Louisiana bay in
