The Court for Arbitration of Sport (CAS) has rejected Caster Semenya’s appeal to prevent the IAAF from implementing new testosterone regulations. Read the judgment here.

Caster Semenya and ASA requested that the DSD Regulations be declared invalid and void withdisproportionate.
