Meadow Lake RCMP are investigating the rollover, while the city\u0027s fire department is supervising the clean\u002Dup of diesel from the truck.
The driver of the semi, who was the only person in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene and his family has been notified, RCMP said in a news release Wednesday afternoon.
Meadow Lake RCMP received a report about a semi rollover about 30 kilometres south of Meadow Lake at 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday. The semi was hauling diesel, which spilled as a result of the rollover. The Meadow Lake Fire Department is supervising the clean-up of the fuel.A Saskatchewan RCMP traffic reconstructionist is helping the Meadow Lake RCMP with its investigation.
