The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner has been linked with a move away from Les Parisiens after it was suggested, about three weeks ago, that he is unhappy at the reigning Ligue 1 champions. It has been claimed the forward would like to join Real Madrid, but PSG are reportedly against the move and would prefer to send him elsewhere. The initial reports suggesting that he wanted an exit came as a shock at the time as the goal-getter had just signed a lucrative new three-year deal in May.
Mbappe is reported to now have an annual salary of €72 million , while his deal also included a signing bonus to the value of €180 million , which, it is believed, will be paid in three separate payments. The report adds that the PSG star will also earn a loyalty bonus for every season he spends in Paris, with €70 million to be paid in 2023, €80 million if he stays in 2024, and an extra €90 million if he does not leave until 2025.
