Mbappe is being escorted in true military style as he received a hero's welcome in the country's capital and was spotted in a traditional get-up.Amid the whirlwind surrounding his future at PSG with a potential transfer to Real Madrid, Mbappé has taken advantage of his off-season break to escape the European media frenzy.
After a short US visit, Mbappé is in Cameroon for the first time for some humanitarian work through his foundation and has caused a frenzy with footage circulating on social media showing security forces and fleets of armoured vehicles transporting the 2018 World Cup-winner around Yaounde.
