Mbappe was reportedly set to join Real Madrid before the start of the 2022/23 season, but he surprised many by signing a new three-year deal with PSG.
"He is on an upward path, and from now on we would have to see the best Mbappe with even better records. Evolution often happens by leaving the comfort zone," the former PSG coach told El Paris. The former Tottenham Hotspur tactician also claimed that Mbappe is immature compared to Messi and Neymar.
