Summary Mayor of Kingstown showrunner Hugh Dillon has teased what could happen next in a potential season 4, as well as how Mike's story is going to evolve if the series moves forward. Mayor of Kingstown season 3 ended with plenty of stories wrapped up, including the deaths of many major characters, like Milo, Kareem, and Iris.
Speaking with Variety, Dillon, who also plays Ian, indicated what could be expected in a potential Mayor of Kingstown season 4, including how Mike's story might evolve. The showrunner teased that, despite the many dark events that have transpired over the course of the series, there might still be some hope Mike can make a compromise with coming to terms with forgiving himself.
