Picture: SuppliedTshwane Mayor Dr Nasiphi Moya has appointed André Coetzee as Chief of Staff in her office, a role designed to advance the administration's governance agenda."Coetzee’s academic background and extensive public sector experience make him exceptionally well-qualified for this position," said Moya.
From 2016 to 2019, Coetzee served as the Director of Policy and Planning in the Private Office of the Executive Mayor of Johannesburg under Herman Mashaba. His contributions were instrumental in developing Johannesburg’s annual Integrated Development Plan and budgets, where he assisted in redirecting non-strategic expenditure toward front-line services and infrastructure development, said Moya.
