Maya Jama fans are only now realising that Stormzy 's real name, after the pair released a bombshell statement announced they had sadly split. The rapper used his given name at the end of a statement released by the pair explaining that they have broken up earlier this week.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Maya shared a message from both of them stating that they had "tried" to make things work but eagle-eyed fans also spotted that the Vossi Bop hitmaker, who has been rapping since the age of 11, signed off the statement with his real name - Michael Ebenezer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr.
It continued: " We were 21 and 20 when we first met-both at the beginning of our careers-and spent five years growing together and then five years growing separately.
