Ardmore, one of South Africa’s most prominent luxury brands, is bringing its signature fauna and flora-inspired ceramics and textiles to the Mount Nelson for a week-long exhibition.
, who, together with Halsted, jointly won the Standard Bank Young Artists Award in 1990. Ntshalintshali died in 1999. Theexhibition will feature the Bonnie Collection of prints which, as per Ardmore, is the brand’s “way of honouring her luminous memory, and a symbolic reference to past artists and the narrative threads they wove through the tapestry of the first 38 years of Ardmore’s journey”.‘Sable and Roan Urn’, made by Qiniso Mungwe and painted by Siyabonga Mabaso.
The exhibition will be on from 14 to 19 March 2023, first in the Mount Nelson’s Planet Room on the 14
