Making the jump to the Lucas Oil site menu will be the popular Asian sticky chicken wings and a new Cuban sandwich.Also on the menu at the stadium is a dry rub smoked wing, sriracha mac and cheese and a Wagyu beef hot dog.She plans in the coming weeks to utilize a DoorDash feature allowing customers to order from their seats and get an appointed time for pickup, and eventually add at-seat delivery.
“It's the way that most big-city professional sports stadiums are moving as far as having the DoorDash type service. We’ll be the guinea pigs for Lucas Oil to try this,” said Murphy, who also has a couple of items onvirtual delivery-only restaurant brand, not yet available in Indianapolis. In-seat delivery will be a first for Lucas Oil, said, Lauren Fitzmorris, the local general manager for Sodexo Live, which operates food service at the stadium.The addition of Inspo to the stadium is an effort to expand the variety of food offerings at Lucas Oil, she said.“It’s a test run,” she said,"to see how it goes to expand our platform of food vendors that we have in the stadium."
