The British Transport Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident on Saturday, September 2 at around 7pm.
Tranport police are appealing for information after a group of 15 people covered their faces and boarded the train at Garrowhill Railway Station on Saturday, September 2 at around 7pm.
They targeted football supporters, stole some of their property, and left the train before it departed the station. It is believed other passengers witnessed the incident and the British Transport Police hope they may have mobile phone footage. A spokesperson for the force said: "Anyone with information is asked to contact BTP by calling 0800 40 50 40 or texting 61016, with reference 447 of 2 September.
