The Wanted singer Tom Parker tragically lost his battle with cancer at the age of 33 last week
Martine McCutcheon emotionally paid tribute to Tom Parker as she recalled a "magical" night she had with him.
The Love Actually star wrote: "Thinking of you loads and loads @being_kelsey," before going on to share another image of her sweetly kissing Tom's cheek. He had been determined to fight until the very end despite being told at the time it was inoperable and that he would only have 12-18 months to live.
"We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom's light continues to shine for his beautiful children," the mum-of-two continued.
