Legendary American film director and producer Martin Scorsese has revealed he is a fan of Derry Girls.

The 80-year-old was a guest speaker at the Economic Club of Chicago when he told the audience he had been recently watching the Co Derry-based show. We said goodbye to the Channel 4 comedy which put a global spotlight on the city back in May when it finished after three extremely popular series.In an interview, Scorsese was asked: "What are you watching now?"The filmmaker added: "Those nuns."
