Martha Stewart made an appearance in New York over the weekend dressed in full Holly Golightly (played by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's) garb.
At 82, Martha Stewart is flying the flag for being oh-so-fabulous in your ninth decade. She certainly isn’t putting her feet up, as one might expect from someone in their eighties. Whether she’s gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated or taking luminous filter-free selfies, Stewart is living life to the full. Next on her to-do list? Dressing up as Holly Golightly, the character famously played by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film, Breakfast At Tiffany’s.
From the elegant black shift dress and glove combo to her hair, piled high on the crown of her head, she managed to nail the character’s fashion and beauty signatures. Stewart paired her famously flawless skin with a nude lip and silver up-do, secured by a twinkling hair pin. She also didn’t scrimp on the poses, opting for a Hepburn-esque flicked wrist in some of the shots.
