Antrim snooker star Mark Allen is one of the finest players in the world and he proved that in an exhibition in England over the weekend with incredible back to back maximum breaks.
One of the highlights of Allen's career to date was his maximum 147 break at the Masters earlier this year but doing it twice in as many frames is on a whole other level, even if it was in a much smaller arena. It is so rare that it is fortunate that Allen had video evidence to back it up and he posted that on X on Sunday night saying: "Excuse my positional play in the colours in max 2, back to back maxis last night in Alfreton exhibition…"
