Mariah Carey 'wasn't ready' for pregnancy to be outed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show
In the episode Ellen asked Mariah to confirm or deny the tabloid pregnancy rumours. She tried laughing it off to divert attention, but Ellen persisted, offering her a glass of champagne."You're pregnant!" Ellen screamed when Mariah faked a sip.
"I wasn't ready to tell anyone because I had had a miscarriage. I don't want to throw anyone that's already being thrown under any proverbial bus, but I didn't enjoy that moment."singer said she wished she would've been offered"empathy" considering."But what am I supposed to do? It's like, what are you going to do?"
