On Sept. 29, police were dispatched to a Royalton Road address in Sagamore Hills regarding a flat-tire call.An arriving officer talked to the Maple Heights caller, said while driving in a construction zone between Wiese Road and the Brecksville city line their front tire struck something in the roadway.The officer said the tire did have a small hole in the side wall.
