Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg said he's open to 'clear up some misunderstandings' with NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell over his new policies where his office will either downgrade or no longer prosecute certain low-level offenses.

"I've prosecuted cases involving assaulting law enforcement, and if you punch a police officer, you will be prosecuted for a felony. All must be held accountable for their actions.”
