Man United played Stockport in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday night and U21 manager Travis Binnion spoke after the game.
Manchester United's youngsters were supported by a sell-out away crowd against Stockport County on Tuesday night and the players sprinted to the travelling contingent to embrace fans when the winning penalty hit the back of the net.
Travis Binnion has full control of the U21s this season and he arrived pitchside shortly afterwards to speak to a handful of journalists. Binnion praised Hugill and said: "With the shape we play, it's hard to play him and Joe [Hugill], who did really well throughout pre-season, which is unfortunate on Charlie. He came on and scored against Leeds the other night.
"He makes big saves, he's just a 17-year-old goalkeeper who's got lots to do, with loads and loads of potential. He’s got to understand the role, I think it’s the hardest position to play. He just needs to keep on improving.
