Authorities in Penbrook said the Harrisburg man who caused a U-haul truck to crash into a house was under the influence of PCP, methamphetamine, and marijuana.
A car rolled over an crashed after police say the man was high on PCP and meth. They also said he intentionally caused the wrecks.
Police have charged Tyrell Weaver in connection with the crash on February 8, 2024 on the 2400 block of Walnut Street. Police said they have video of the incident, that they say show Weaver was in a car and crashed into two other vehicles. They said Weaver was ejected from the car when it rolled over. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.Weaver is in the Dauphin County Prison, facing aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, criminal mischief, DUI, recklessly endangering another person, and multiple traffic violations.
