A man wanted in connection with an international drug-trafficking investigation might be hiding in Burnaby, according to police.

In an investigation dubbed Project Divergent starting in 2018, federal Mounties targeted drug trafficking and importation networks involving individuals in Canada and across the world, the release said. Police say Ivziku has connections to the Lower Mainland, including Burnaby, and it’s possible he might be living in the area while actively evading arrest.
