A Manchester United star could now reportedly be set for a reunion with former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr. 👀 More here! ▶

The Saudi Arabian club, along with some of their big rivals in the country, are understood to be keen to bring more recognised stars from Europe to the Gulf State. As such, several high-profile players, including including Luka Modric, Karim Benzema, Keylor Navas, Sergio Busquets and Wilfried Zaha, have been linked with moves to the Saudi Pro League following Ronaldo's arrival in the Middle East late in December 2022.

With the aforementioned names largely comprising former teammates of the Portuguese striker, another ex-colleague of his is now tipped to join him in Riyadh., Al Nassr have stated their interest in signing United left-back Alex Telles. The fullback is spending the current season out on loan at LaLiga side Sevilla, and is expected to be sold by his parent club in the next transfer window. With his contract at Old Trafford expiring in June 2024, the Brazilian is said to have fallen out of favour at the Premier League club, with left-back Tyrell Malacia's arrival at the start of 2022/23 pushing Telles further down the pecking order. Sevilla are also believed to be uninterested in signing the 30-year-old on a permanent deal, with the player having made only 11 LaLiga starts to date. The report further claims that Al Nassr are the only team willing to match what the Red Devils are currently paying the player as they continue to try to strengthen their global image. Telles' time at Old Trafford has been largely underwhelming, with the defender making only 50 appearances and registering just nine goal involvements for United since his arrival from FC Porto in October 2020.The former Gremio man was also involved in a training ground bust-up with youngster Hannibal Mejbri during interim boss Ralf Rangnick's six-month spell in charge of the Red Devils.
