Greenwood had been told he won't be returning to the first team at Man Utd but he has found a loan move to a La Liga side on deadline day.
Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood has joined La Liga outfit Getafe on a season-long loan, with the deal done before the closure of the transfer window.
The club opened their own review into the events after the Crown Prosecution Service announced in February it had dropped charges of attempted rape, assault and coercive control. United confirmed on August 21 that they felt Greenwood didn’t commit the offences for which he was initially charged, but felt it was best if he rebuilt his career away from Old Trafford.
