Parting ways with Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag this summer may not be a bad idea after all as Sir Jim Ratcliffe is yet to be convinced by the Dutchman
Erik ten Hag has reportedly emerged as a potential candidate to take over from Thomas Tuchel at Bayern Munich despite insisting he is focussed on the job at Manchester United.

I signed consciously and am not a person who walks away. So, I assume that I will be at Manchester United next season. Has there been any contact with Ajax? No.
However, a possible Ten Hag departure to Bayern could benefit United. The 54-year-old will have one year left on his deal in the summer, and if Bayern decide to appoint him, United would avoid paying a reported £15million in compensation to sack him.
