San Antonio police are searching for a man driving a maroon Nissan Murano suspected in two attempted kidnappings a day apart on the Southeast Side.San Antonio police are seeking the public's help identifying the man who reportedly attempted to kidnap a 12-year-old girl Saturday on the Southeast Side — and possibly a woman in the same area the day before.
On Saturday, the girl was walking with several others in the 400 block of Villareal Street at 2:30 p.m., when a man exited an SUV and grabbed the girl, police said. The man attempted to drag the girl to his vehicle, but she struggled and got away. The man fled in the SUV, believed to be a maroon 2009-10 Nissan Murano. He is described as 18 to 25 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 175 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
