Two men have been arrested after a daylight knife attack outside a KFC in Blackpool reportedly involving a knife.
A large police response rushed to the scene on Monday evening after receiving reports of an assault. . Lancashire Constabulary said the victim, a man in his 40s, suffered an injury to his hand. Two men have since been arrested and remain in custody for questioning.They include a 24-year-old man arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault and an 18-year-old man on suspicion of affray. It has been reported that the KFC branch was forced to temporarily close as a result of the incident.A police force spokesperson said: "We were called at 7.
