He was conscious and breathing when rescued but was taken to hospital because he was unable to walk due to exhaustion. "When we're looking at the central-west, the totals [expected] are up to around 100 millimetres in general," Ms Boekel said."That means while we could see that steady, constant, widespread rain, we could also see isolated totals of quite high amounts."
