When officers arrived at the scene, they found the woman on fire and she was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.A man was arrested nearby after the incident and charges against him have now been upgraded to first-degree murder.Anyone with information can call police at 416-808-7400 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-8477 .
