Harrison Marshall plans to spend the next year living in the unusual shelter which has been kitted out with a bed, mini fridge and hob.
A man has come up with a clever way to beat the cost of living crisis - by moving into a converted skip. Harrison Marshall has spent the last year living in the unusual home which has been fitted with a bed, mini fridge and hob.
While he has a fridge and cooking facilities, the 28-year-old says that he has some very friendly neighbours who sometimes bring him hot meals. Upstairs is his bedroom which just has a bed with a window, according to Bristol Live. "That's right, the same skips you see full of waste on the side of the road. With the cost of living at an all-time high, and no end in sight, this project is about living for less, in one of the most expensive cities in the world, London."
