Pennsylvania State Police say troopers tried to pull the 34-year-old over, but he would not stop and crashed into another vehicle as he was fleeing from police.
The crash victim killed in a Chester County crash following a police chase is believed to be the same man who assaulted a man with disabilities in 2017. Pennsylvania State Police say they tried to pull over 34-year-old Barry Baker on Thursday at Chestnut Tree Road and Horseshoe Pike in Honey Brook, but he would not stop. Troopers say a chase ensued and Baker crashed into a Kia hatchback. He was pronounced dead on scene.
