A man is dead after he was struck following a collision in Scarborough. Toronto police say around 3:10 p.m. Thursday they were called to the area of Warden A

Toronto police say around 3:10 p.m. Thursday they were called to the area of Warden Avenue and Comstock Road for a crash.

They say a vehicle heading north on Warden was trying to turn left onto Comstock when another car travelling south on Warden struck it.The pedestrian ended up getting stuck under the car and while a tow truck driver did free him, the 38-year-old man later died in hospital. Police are asking local residents, business and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage and were in the area of Warden Avenue and Comstock Road between 3 to 3:15 p.m., to contact police at Traffic Services.
