A man has been taking his frustrations out on incense burner bins at Block 405 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10.shows the man kicking over two incense burner bins and causing them to topple over at the void deck on Saturday According to Ong, it is not the first time the man has been attacking the bins.
The Stomper said:"This guy is always kicking down the incense burner bins as he doesn't want people to burn joss paper. "I saw him doing it a few weeks ago but didn't have the chance to take videos. A neighbour has seen him doing it many times too."
