“A black t-shirt was found wrapped around his neck. He is believed to have been strangled, but this is yet to be confirmed,” said RUSA.“His identity has been established and the motive for the murder is unknown at this stage,” added RUSA. Last week, a body of a 42-year-old man was discovered floating in a dam near Meadows Road in Free State.
