A man was found fatally shot Tuesday evening in Southeast Washington , the D.C. police said. The man was found about 5:15 p.m. in the 3200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE, said Officer Beth Grannis, a police spokeswoman. He died at the scene, police said. Grannis said police were initially notified about a possible car crash at the shooting site. No information was available about any suspect or motive. The site is east of the Anacostia River, about halfway between the river and the border with Prince George’s County
