An Alabama man arrested in February for allegedly recording minors in a Walmart bathroom has been indicted on 53 child-porn related charges, according to police and court records.
A Cullman County grand jury indicted Richardson, 25, of Cullman, on Thursday, court records showed.
Richardson allegedly videotaped minors in the bathroom of the Walmart on Olive Street in Cullman without their consent and “for the purposes of sexual gratification,” according to the indictment.His bail was set at $625,000.
