Man exposed himself in public, sexually assaulted woman in her 20s: York cops

An unidentified man is sought for sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s after exposing himself in plaza parking lot in Richmond Hill.

“Further investigation revealed that prior to the incident the suspect was exposing himself in the plaza and parking lot on the northeast side of the intersection at Yonge St. and Weldrick Rd.,” she said.
