Dallas police found Fernando Nunez in the driver’s seat of a car June 11 about 8:20 p.m. in the 200 block of Saner Avenue, near South Beckley Avenue and Beckley-Saner Park. He was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. A passenger in the car told police that he and Nunez were driving when unknown people fired gunshots at them. Police said the car crashed through a nearby fence and had bullet holes in its rear windshield., Staff Writer
