Manchester City are in Champions League action against BSC Young Boys
After winning their first two matches against RB Leipzig and Red Star Belgrade, Pep Guardiola’s men were looking to make it three wins out of three.Arriving at the Wankdorf Stadium, City players wore a rather unusual cardigan and jeans outfit as the stars walked off the coach and into the stadium.
Their outfits, sponsored by luxury fashion brand Dsquared2 included personalise cardigans with each player’s name and number on the back. When asked about the outfit, TNT Sports pundit Joe Cole said: “Unacceptable. The gaffer got out first and he looked like the milk tray man, looks brilliant. I don't care how many trebles you win, you've got to sort the gear out. It's horrendous.”City and Dsquared2 are in a long-term partnership which will see the fashion brand dress their players on numerous occasions throughout the season.
