The inside track on the football stories that matter
Man City have launched legal action against the Premier League, sparking a civil war among the member clubs, leaving Arsenal and Liverpool fans incensed.revealed City have described the financial rules as a “tyranny of the majority”, and are calling for rules which determine the fair value of commercial deals, to be scrapped.
Competitiveness in the Premier League – as if it was not one-sided enough already with City winning six of the last seven titles – could essentially cease to exist if the club wins their case. With the very real possibility that any chance at competing for the title, even for such big and historic clubs as Arsenal and Liverpool, could be dismissed – fans have exploded with anger.
Just when we thought that the most rancid and corrupt club in world football couldn’t be any more repugnant, Man City think they can sue the Premier League for their repellent rule breaking. The clubs & League need to kick this vile stain out of English football. Parasites! City are only proving how totally corrupt they are, they've spent months only to come up with…..but it's unfair!!Strip Man City of their titles, relegate them out of the Premier League with a 5 year ban. And let all the other clubs go back to enjoying different winners that haven't cheated.
