Police and paramedics respond to crash incident on Highway 64 near French River
A single-vehicle rollover crash near French River has resulted in impaired driving charges for a southern Ontario man, said a news release from the Ontario Provincial Police.
According to the OPP report, the vehicle had rolled over and the driver was not injured. It was determined that the driver had consumed a quantity of alcohol, said police. The subject was arrested and transported to the Sudbury OPP detachment for further testing. The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on September 20, 2023, in Sudbury, said police.
