One man is in custody days after a shooting in broad daylight in a Dauphin County apartment complex, police said. Shots fired were reported around 2:55 p.m. on the 4200 block of Catalina Lane, in the Catalina Apartments complex of Lower Paxton Township, according to police.Mark Perry, 27, was later arrested on charges of aggravated assault, carrying a firearm without a license, and related offenses, police said. He is being held at the Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Lower Paxton police said they believe two other unidentified men were involved in the shooting. Police said the men fled the scene in a silver sedan., and reference incident No. LP-22-004546.
